These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Coachr application and website at usecoachr.com, operated by Modlr LLC ("Coachr," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Coachr, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Coachr. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Coachr is designed for professional TikTok coaches and content creators managing client relationships.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@usemodlr.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Coachr is offered in two subscription tiers. The Starter plan is $49 per month and supports up to 10 active clients. The Pro plan is $99 per month and supports unlimited clients. A valid payment method is required at signup to begin your 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. On day 8, your subscription automatically begins at your selected plan rate unless you cancel before then.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
We stand behind Coachr with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on your first paid charge. If Coachr isn't working for you, email us at support@usemodlr.com within 7 days of your first charge and we'll make it right — no runaround. After that period, all charges are final. You can cancel anytime and you'll keep full access through the end of your billing period. No hard feelings.
Coachr is a B2B tool designed for coaches ("Coaches") who use the platform to generate AI-powered scripts on behalf of their clients ("Clients"). By using Coachr, you represent that:
Coachr uses artificial intelligence to generate camera-ready TikTok scripts based on a client's voice profile and viral video hook extraction. You acknowledge and agree that:
Client voice profiles are built through Coachr's intake interview process and stored as structured data tied to your coach account. You retain responsibility for ensuring your clients have consented to this process.
Client voice profile data is used solely to generate scripts within the Coachr platform and is not sold to or shared with any third party outside the Modlr suite of products. Client data is accessible only to the coach account that created it. Coachr does not share client voice profiles between separate coach accounts.
You agree not to use Coachr to:
The Coachr application, including its design, features, voice calibration system, prompt architecture, and brand, is the intellectual property of Modlr LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our service without our express written permission.
Coachr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content generated will achieve any specific performance result for any client.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modlr LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to our service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us at support@usemodlr.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our site. Continued use of Coachr after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
