These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Closr application and website at useclosrapp.com, operated by Modlr LLC ("Closr," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Closr, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Closr. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@usemodlr.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Closr is offered as a subscription service at $29 per month. To start your free trial, a valid payment method is required at signup. You will not be charged during the 7-day trial period. On day 8, your subscription automatically begins at $29/month unless you cancel before then. If you cancel before day 8, you will not be charged.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
We stand behind Closr with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on your first paid charge. If Closr isn't working for you, email us at support@usemodlr.com within 7 days of your first charge and we'll make it right — no runaround. After that period, all charges are final. You can cancel anytime and you'll keep full access through the end of your billing period. No hard feelings.
Closr uses artificial intelligence to generate DM closing replies, discovery call briefs, and follow-up messages based on your Voice Profile, offer setup, and submitted conversation content. You acknowledge and agree that:
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Closr, including your interview responses, DM conversations, and offer information. By submitting content, you grant Closr a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Your Voice Profile is your intellectual property. Closr uses it solely to power the features of our service and, with your consent, to provide a consistent experience across Modlr suite products.
You agree not to use Closr to:
The Closr application, including its design, features, voice calibration system, prompt architecture, and brand, is the intellectual property of Modlr LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our service without our express written permission.
Closr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content generated will meet your requirements, close any specific deal, or produce any particular sales result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modlr LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to our service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us at support@usemodlr.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our site. Continued use of Closr after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
