Open any client profile and go to the Scripts tab. You have two inputs. First — optionally paste a viral video URL from their niche. Coachr extracts what made it work. Second — enter a topic or content angle. Hit Generate. Coachr writes three camera-ready scripts in that client's authentic voice, applying the proven viral hook structure. Each script comes with Director's Notes telling your client exactly how to deliver it.

What does my client actually see when they click the intake link?
They land on a clean, Coachr-branded page with your client's name on it. It asks them one big open question first — the more they write, the fewer follow-ups they get. There's no mention of AI, no login, no account creation. It just feels like a thoughtful onboarding form from their coach.
Do I need to be on a call with my client when they do the intake?
No. Send them the link and they complete it on their own time. Most clients finish in 10-15 minutes. You get notified when their profile is ready — then you can generate scripts immediately.
How does the viral URL feature work?
When you generate a script, you can optionally paste a viral video URL alongside your topic. Coachr analyzes the hook structure of that viral content — what made people stop scrolling, what psychological trigger it uses — and then applies that exact structure to your client's voice and topic. Proven hooks plus a unique voice is what wins. Most script tools give you one or the other. Coachr gives you both.
What if my client gives short answers in the intake?
The system handles it. Short answers on Question 1 trigger more follow-up questions to fill in the gaps. Detailed answers on Question 1 skip questions that are already covered. Either way, the profile gets built — it might just take a few more questions for quieter clients.
Can I generate scripts before my client completes intake?
No — scripts require a voice profile to be built first. The profile is what makes the output sound like your client instead of generic AI. Send the intake link, wait for them to complete it, then you're ready to generate.
How many clients can I have?
Starter plan: up to 10 active clients. Pro plan: unlimited. You can upgrade anytime from your Settings screen.
What should I do first right now?
Two things: 1) Add your first client. 2) Wait for them to complete the intake email Coachr sends them automatically. Once their profile is built, generate your first script. That whole flow takes under 20 minutes and you will immediately see why this replaces hours of manual work.
